COMMENTS:      A typical Hawaiian Luau (feast) comprises Kalua Pig (roasted whole in the earth), Poi (a starch paste made from Taro), Lom-lomi Salmon (salt salmon with onions and tomatoes), baked Yams, Chicken Luau (chicken stewed in coconut milk and taro greens), and other Hawaiian delicacies.
