COMMENTS:    Built on the site of the first hospital in Oshkosh, Marian Manor contains 120 apartments for the elderly.  The building contains a community kitchen, activity room and laundry for the convenience of the residents.  The Oshkosh Seniors Center, a community wide senior center is also located in the building.
