Near the rose covered pergola, in Memory Park, is a bronze Memorial Tablet bearing the names of Utah's hero dead who made the supreme sacrifice in the World War. 

The Park is one of Salt Lake's beauty spots covering the walls of City Creek Canyon opposite the State Capitol Building.
