COMMENTS:    James Smithson, an Englishman, left his estate to the USA to found at Washington an establishment for the increase and diffusion of knowledge among men.  From this dream the great Smithsonian group has developed.

Scalloped edges.  The corners of the card are slightly rounded, bend in upper left corner.  Nice coloring.  Check the photo for more details.
