POSTCARD TITLE: Train Crossing Great Salt Lake Cut Off, At Sunset, Great Salt Lake, Utah
POSTMARK: Unused
PUBLISHER: Curt Teich
TYPE/BACK: White Border, Divided Back
COMMENTS: The Great Salt Lake Cut-Off is one hundred and three miles in length, seventy-two miles on land and thirty miles on trestle-work and fillins over the water of Great Sale Lake. The cost of construction was about seven million dollars, but forty-three miles less of travel are saved daily by twelve or more trainloads of people or freight and 1,5015 feet of grade and curves are eliminated, saving daily hours of time to travelers and many dollars of expense in power to thre railroads.
The corners of the card are just slightly rounded.
