County Stadium, which can seat over 45,000 people, was built by the citizens of Milwaukee County at a cost of $7,000,000.  It is used for large gatherings of all kinds and events of every nature.  It is the home of the Milwaukee Braves National League Baseball Club and the Green Bay Pakcers professional football team plays its Milwaukee schedule here.
